Online Ukulele Classes
Learn ukulele in a live, online group class designed for adults and mature teens who want clear guidance and a supportive learning environment. Classes are taught in real time, in small groups, so students can ask questions, receive feedback, and build skills with confidence — not just follow along with pre-recorded videos.
Whether you’re brand new to the ukulele or looking to take your skills to the next level, we have a class suitable for you. You’ll join from home with your own ukulele, reliable internet, and the ability to use video calls.
Meet Your Instructor
All classes are taught by Linnea Good, an award-winning musician and educator with over 30 years of experience teaching students in Canada and internationally. After a long career as a touring singer-songwriter, Linnea now focuses on teaching ukulele both locally and online from her home in Summerland, BC.
Linnea specializes in working with beginner and intermediate adult learners, guiding students through strumming and rhythm, chord work, ear training, note reading (treble clef and TAB), and introductory fingerstyle. Her teaching approach is clear, patient, and encouraging, with an emphasis on building real musical understanding — not just memorizing shapes.
She is a certified instructor in James Hill’s Ukulele in the Classroom curriculum and has played a leading role in music education in the Okanagan, including founding the Summerland Music Camp and regional “Choose Music” events. Each year, she also teaches internationally, helping expand access to music education for underserved communities.
